I have over 15 years across a variety of Marketing functions at two of the most recognizable Brands in the world - Nike and LVMH. To learn more, please see my journey below.

TAG Heuer (LVMH) - Global Brand Director - June 2022 to May 2023

Drive x-functional marketing teams to deliver seamless omni-channel product campaigns that set the benchmark for creative storytelling in the luxury watch-making industry. 

​

Lead all Marketing communications from the Global HQ to Local Market teams, ensuring high level understanding and execution of Brand and Campaign initiatives around the world. 

​

Reluctantly departed role due to US Green Card being granted. Continued to work with TAG Heuer in Freelance capacity for additional 3 months.

Nike Inc - Senior Marketing Manager - Strategy & Planning - January 2021 to June 2022

Drove the Go-To-Market (Consumer Code) process that linked the central EMEA Teams out to all the Local Market Teams.

​

Created & hosted seasonal gates, connecting Geo and City Marketing Teams to the go-to-market process.

Nike Inc - Media Marketing Manager - January 2020 to January 2021

Investigated and then initiated an overhaul of the Media Team’s planning behaviors. The resulting discussions culminated in a strategic repositioning of the function earlier upstream in the overall go-to-market process.

Designed, implemented and shared a dashboard to tracking live ROI of performance media investments, enabling team to adjust content and programmatic investment strategy in real time.

Nike Inc - Training Experiences Manager - Customer Service Teams - July 2017 to January 2020

Led a team of 20 Brand Culture and Innovation ambassadors (EKINs) tasked with training 250k+ sales associates and digital service tools  with product innovation information.

​

Pioneered the digitization of training to enable Nike training messages to be packaged up, tiktok-inspired, and shared at scale through private learning management systems.

Nike Inc - Trade, Digital & Event Manager roles - Market Teams - September 2012 to June 2017

Performed a variety of roles across the Marketing organization including JD Group Account Marketing Management, Consumer Events at Nike Town London and managing Nike Running and Training Club social media channels across Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
