I joined the Nike Asia Pacific & Latin America Retail Team to build their 'Consumer Experience @ Retail' Strategy. I was asked to deliver a set of strategic guidelines aligned to Nike's Membership offense, and a series of supporting playbooks and creative assets to optimize Marketplace Teams speed and impact to execution.

Consumer Experience @ Retail

We published Strategic Guidelines that help to ground future consumer experiences in sound Nike Retail and Membership strategy. This will help the Teams deliver high impact experiences for the right audiences and over a sustained period.

Insight informed

We ensured that HQ was delivering exactly what the Marketplaces needed to optimize delivery and maximise impact. I did this by hosting 6x listening & learning sessions, and delivered Creative assets and Operational Guidelines that addressed their direct needs.

Marketplace Teams asked that we standardize HQ guidelines and deliver quick-access assets to help streamline planning and speed up execution. We prioritized delivery across Creative, Operational and most importantly, Legal.
